About Scott
Scott Coley is an award-winning furniture designer. A graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design with a BFA in furniture design, Scott is a former president of the International Society of Furniture Designers (ISFD) and has been a judge for student furniture design awards for many years.
Throughout his 30+ year career, he has designed furniture for some of the largest furniture makers in the US, worked with historical associations and celebrities, and has sixty-four US design patents. His family has deep roots in the home furnishings industry, and he loves to learn about furniture history continually. This love of learning led him to become a collector of furniture made by the cabinet maker, Thomas Day.
